Position Overview
Prudent Clinic is seeking an experienced Consultant ENT Specialist to provide outpatient consultation services on a part-time or visiting basis. The consultant will diagnose and manage ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders while collaborating with the clinic's hearing care and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ENT consultations for patients referred to the clinic.
- Diagnose and treat ear, nose, and throat disorders.
- Evaluate patients with hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo, and balance-related conditions.
- Assess patients for hearing aid recommendations and provide medical clearance where required.
- Manage sinusitis, allergies, throat infections, voice disorders, and related ENT conditions.
- Recommend investigations and treatment plans.
- Provide follow-up consultations as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and consultation notes.
- Coordinate with audiologists, hearing aid specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualification Requirements
- MBBS with MS/DNB in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology).
- Valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Relevant clinical experience in ENT practice.
- Experience in hearing loss evaluation and hearing rehabilitation is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent patient communication and counseling abilities.
- Experience in outpatient ENT practice.
- Ability to work independently as a visiting consultant.
